When my nana died there was a photo of her. It is the only photo of my nana which is special. It is a old picture that we have kept for a long,long, time. My nana was in Auckland,New Zealand when her picture was taken. It belonged to my grandpa and then passed on to my family in Australia.
The photo is now at my grandpa’s house,again . Every time I go there I always go and see the photo which brings back the memories when she was alive. I really miss her.
The photo was taken in 2001. When my grandma died the other part of my family were at her funeral. A few years later they moved to Australia to live there. They wanted to keep the photo in Australia but my grandpa said ‘’no’’ . He wanted to keep the photo with him, where ever he goes the photo is always with him every time. He never looses sight of it. Its really important to us.
If my grandpa dies he might give it to my parents then they might pass it to me. If it does happen I will keep it very,very safe. I will never let my family down, its pretty much what my grandpa and my family wants to be alive. In the future it will be passed on to my family and it will never be taken away.
